One of the many benefits of Aura Air is that it can be installed directly onto the wall or into the ceiling and has a very aesthetically pleasing look. If a more portable solution is preferable, the purifier unit can be placed on a desk or mounted on a floor stand. Installation is very simple, with no engineering certification requirements. For wall or ceiling mounted units, a certified electrical installer is required however for all intents and purposes, this device is a plug-and-play solution that also delivers real-time air management capabilities.

Following consultation with OGS Global directly, it was clear that our Aura Air solution was best suited to OGS’s environment and their unique needs. Based on square meterage, the OGS Global offices needed five Aura Air units to be fully protected however opted for seven units to accommodate meeting rooms. They decided on deployment of the ceiling-installed units to ensure the best possible air quality was achieved and that they would sleekly blend into the OGS office’s design.

Antunovich affirms that “the Aura Air, although unobtrusive in its design, allows employees to see when the units are on. The ability to share a unique dashboard for each unit allows everyone to see the air quality in each area and each meeting room.”

The OGS Global team is now able to monitor and control all of the Aura Air units within their office spaces with the click of a button. The Aura Control Panel shows each unit’s location, filter cleanliness and air quality. The system also allows for alerts to notify people when action needs to be taken to improve air quality. STER-UV recommended that OGS use the Aura Air purifiers in automatic mode as this allows them to have full peace of mind that their system will respond to the changing indoor environments in a live time scenario. For example, throughout a meeting in a meeting room, the purifier will manage rising CO2 levels throughout, and should the system note a critical level of CO2 at any time, it will alert management that ventilation is required.

As described by Antunovich, an additional feature of the system is its ability “to alert us when the unit needs to be serviced or maintained, [as it] means we don’t have to schedule service and maintenance. It lets us know when and what is needed and takes us a few minutes to complete.”

As if Aura Air needed any further endorsement from OGS Global, Antunovich went on to reveal that “following a tough couple of years commercially, we were surprised at the affordability and conservative ongoing expenditure.”
