We accept returns for items that are unused, are in original condition and packaging and within 14 days of the item being delivered or available for collection. Returns are subject to the conditions below including fair use.
Returns of items within the specified 14 days will receive a full refund by way of the original payment method minus the shipping fee for the return. We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. Once a return has been approved, we will process the refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned package.
FAULTY ITEM
Upon receipt of a returned item, it will be reviewed for the advised issue within 7 working days. Should the item be classified as faulty or malfunctioning, a new order will be sent out within 21 business days, dependant on stock on hand.
RETURNS
All items must be in the original condition and packaging.
Returned items are not accepted for return or refund if not in the original condition and packaging or if any components accompanying the item are missing.
If an item is returned to damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to offer a refund.

RESPONSIBILITY
Return, condition and packing of items are the responsibility of the buyer until received by STER-UV. As such we recommend attaining proof of postage should you need to contact us about a return.
We accept no responsibility for items returned in error.
FAIR USE
Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don’t match what you ordered.
EXCHANGE OF ITEMS
Exchanges are not available. Should you require a different item please return the unwanted item and place a new order within the return period.
REPLACING FAULTY ITEMS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
For orders outside of Australia that require replacement, payment of relevant taxes according to local government policy is the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of a conflict between this policy and cogent laws, cogent laws shall prevail.
