All deliveries (by post) are sent by Australia Post with the choice of Parcel or Express post available. Options for courier or collecting in person are also offered.
Pre-orders are despatched within seven (7) working days from receipt of goods to warehouse. Standard orders are despatched within seven (7) working days from date of order.
Our policy is subject to real time shipping and potential delays that may occur and/or influence our ability to meet above commitments.
Delivery charges are calculated using actual Australia Post rates and couriers STER-UV have commercial rates with.
Deliveries are sent by tracked post and you will receive by email the tracking number confirmation shortly after despatch.
Standard parcel post will arrive within Australia generally between three (3) to ten (10) business days and may be influenced by high peak periods.
Express parcel post will be received within two (2) to four (4) business days and may be influenced by high peak periods.
Couriers will be confirmed on the day with delivery between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
All International orders will be quoted with options offered.
Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer irrespective of location (refer Returns Policy for further information).
